Good recipes and easy to make.
There are so many great sweet recipes in this book. It’s divided into sections, but my favourite section is the cookies. The Devil’s Chocolate Malt Cookies are seriously amongst of the best cookies I’ve ever tasted! All the recipes are clearly written, and are easy to make. Also, do yourself a favour and try the Saffron Poached Pears seriously, amazing!
The book goes over some problems you may encounter right away with all your baking and the author gives solutions right away to them all which i found to be helpful. Although the book could of been longer i gave it a 5-star because the goodies i made tasted amazing! highly recommended especially for beginners just starting out
I'm really glad I got this book, since it contains so many mouth-watering dessert recipes that will definitely satisfy anyone's taste buds. Most of the ingredients are easily accessible, and the instructions are detailed and well-explained. The book also contains a few tips and tricks that will help any beginner bake some flawless cakes.
Baking will always have a special place in my heart. My daughter and I loves baking. Baking is one of our bonding moments. This book is a perfect tool in discovering new recipes which we can enjoy eating with our family. The recipes that are included in this book are amazingly delicious and the instructions very easy to follow, so that kids won't have a hard time following it. The author explained in detail the 6 basic tips for a flawless cake. I find this book very helpful and useful.
After nearly burning my parent's house down as a kid trying to cook dinner, I never fancied myself much of a chef. Sure I cook cook an okay scramble and maybe a stir-fry on occasion, but baking was never my forte.
After reading the baking tips in the start of the book I realized I had been doing nearly everything wrong. I decided it's never too late to learn and whipped up a batch of the chocolate chip cookie recipe. Best cookies I have ever eaten - especially since I managed to not burn the house down!

This baking book offers a wide variety of recipes, including cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, etc—many options for your baking pleasure. Great recipes for personal use or for the family or for hosting. I found especially appealing the “Roasted Grapes with Cheese,” and I can't wait to try the “Chocolate Pumpkin Brulee.” I love pumpkin pie, so this ought to be good. But this book has more than recipes. It offers plenty of helpful tips, including a great list of pantry items and the supplies you will need. This cookbook delivers with great recipes and other helpful ideas and materials. I'm glad to recommend it.
